Step One: Pre-Design Discovery
Tell us about your project! This may be done over the phone, through email and/or via video conferencing through FaceTime or Zoom. Send us photos and rough measurements so we can provide you with an experienced based estimate and timeline.
*This process may take 1-3 weeks to complete.
Step Two: Virtual Design Services
During this phase a detailed, non-contact field measure will be performed, virtual product selections will be made, and computer generated drawings will be created. A detailed proposal will be provided describing the full scope of work.*This process may take 2-12 weeks to complete.
Step Three: CONTRACT SIGNING & PRODUCTION
Once your final contract is signed we can begin the production phase where drawings are perfected for fabrication, material and labor acquisitions are made, and final packets for production and installation are created.
*This process may take 6-12 weeks to complete.
Step Four: CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION & PROJECT COMPLETION
The construction and installation phase will take the concept of your project and make it become a reality. Our lead carpenter and project manager will control every aspect of the project and will ensure a safe and clean work environment throughout the process. A final walk through will be performed to review your project’s details.
