Our Remodeling Process

Pre-Design Discovery Chat
Tell us about your project! This may be done over the phone, through email and/or via video conferencing through FaceTime or Zoom. Send us photos of your space and our designers will let you know how we can help!
*This process may take 1-3 weeks.
Virtual Design Services Retainer Agreement
During this phase a detailed, non-contact field measure will be performed so we can begin to make computer generated drawings which can include layouts, elevations and 3-D renderings of your space. Also, during this phase product selections can be made and an experienced based estimate will be provided describing the scope of work.
*This process may take 2-12 weeks.
CONTRACT SIGNING & PRODUCTION
Once your final contract is signed we can begin the production phase where drawings are perfected for fabrication, material and labor acquisitions are made and final packets for production and installation are created.
*This process may take 6-12 weeks.
CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION & PROJECT COMPLETION
The construction and installation phase will take the concept of your project and make it become a reality. Our lead carpenter and project manager will control every aspect of the project and will ensure a safe and clean work environment throughout the process. A final walk through will be performed to review your project’s details.
