EVENT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Manage FOH and Gallery operations in coordination with Executive Chef | General Manager and Owners.
- Assure all guests are greeted and attended to, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Have working knowledge of retail and restaurant POS systems
- Assist in managing FOH inventory, including retail inventory
- Generate retail, restaurant, and event sales.
- Meet, plan, facilitate and participate in private and social events in coordination with Executive Chef | General Manager and staff.
- Prepare event orders and contracts.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with all staff by creating an atmosphere of friendly cooperation.

Experience and Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

- ServSafe Certification preferred

- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- A positive, can-do attitude

SERVER
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years preferred related work experience in the hospitality industry
- Preferred ServSafe Food Handler Certified
- 21 years or older
- Experience with industry software and POS systems a plus
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure without compromising quality
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and the occasional holiday, maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to embrace change with an open mind
- Team player dedicated to exceptional customer service and harmonious coworker relationships
