Since most wines are best stored at cooler temperatures, the basement level is an ideal place for a wine bar with storage. For wine refrigeration, we incorporated Sub-Zero under-counter units which stores reds and whites at the perfect temperature.
Keeping it cozy & classy. This accent wall features a contemporary linear fireplace framed in a polished tile. The support beams are a mix of wood and stone which complements the design and adds rustic warmth to the overall space.
This lower level entertaining kitchen is fully equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The L-shaped bar is topped with Blue Thunder Quartzite and the front is wrapped with stacked stone.
Decora cabinetry was used in the kitchen, wine, and entertainment areas.
