Join the Team Behind the Craft
From luxury remodeling and custom stone fabrication to metalwork, cabinetry, and architectural details, we bring inspired spaces to life across Northeast Ohio.
At Architectural Justice, creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration come together under one roof — giving our team the opportunity to work on truly custom projects from concept to completion.
Why Join Architectural Justice?
One-of-a-Kind Projects
Every project is different. From luxury kitchens and lower levels to wine rooms, bars, outdoor living spaces, and custom architectural features, you’ll work on spaces that are fully customized, highly detailed, and built to last.
Everything Under One Roof
Design, fabrication, and installation all happen within one company, creating a seamless process, stronger craftsmanship, and more meaningful work from start to finish.
Culture & Collaboration
Within our three brands, team members have opportunities to grow across multiple creative and hands-on industries. More importantly, they join a culture that values collaboration, celebrates its people, and takes pride in the work — and the team — behind every project.
Life at Architectural Justice
We believe great work starts with great people.
At Architectural Justice, our culture is built on teamwork, creativity, craftsmanship, and pride in the work we create together. Whether in the showroom, fabrication shop, or on-site installations, our team collaborates to bring exceptional spaces to life while supporting one another along the way.
We value strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and innovative thinking — and the pride that comes from doing meaningful, hands-on work.
Just as importantly, we take time to celebrate our people. From team outings, holiday gatherings, and company luncheons to birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, and community involvement, we create an environment where employees feel appreciated, connected, and part of something larger.
