SALES/DESIGN CONSULTANT: As the Sales and Design Consultant you will be responsible for assisting clients with their projects and delivering exceptional design and customer service.
DUTIES: Provide customers with showroom tours explaining scope of products & services offered by Architectural Justice. Design projects and ensure each customer has an efficient, timely and enjoyable selection process. Collaborate with Production Manager to complete overall project focusing on pricing, scope of work, timelines and deadlines. Provide Experienced Based Estimates and final detailed Quotes to customers in a timely manner. Produce sales and appropriate margins Meet with Job Site Foreman and Project Manager at job site as determined by scope of work. Produce completed Design Packets by deadline, including signed proposals, contracts, drawings and disclaimers. Create final (non-shop) drawings for project including floor plans, elevations and mechanical requirements. Conduct final walk through with customer on remodel jobs.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in the design field or related experience. 3-5 years related work experience with strong sales, design, drafting and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, 20/20 design and Sage 100 Contractor. Willing to embrace change with an open mind.
