Things are Heating Up

Introducing our very first solar kiln. As you may know Architectural Justice acquires fallen trees that would otherwise be headed for landfills or be turned into mulch, and turns them into beautiful pieces of furniture. This is the first of three solar kilns that will be used to dry the wood that our furniture is crafted from. The kilns are 1,500 sq. ft. and hold roughly 20 slabs of wood. Making Progress in Strongsville

The existing building at our new Strongsville location was torn down last weekend. The demo went very well and we are all very exited to be moving forward. We are currently finalizing the plans which includes our modified building design. In case you haven’t heard, Architectural Justice is opening a Gallery & Cafe in Strongsville located on the corner of Westwood and Pearl next to the Strong House and across from the Pomeroy House. Groundbreaking Begins on New Strongsville Site

Today the team at Architectural Justice was joined by Mayor Perciak and other city officials to begin the groundbreaking of the new gallery and cafe in Strongsville. Owner James Justice broke the first brick along with Mayor Perciak. “This is absolutely wonderful”, Perciak said at the brick-breaking ceremony. “This is the beginning of the redevelopment of our downtown.” We are very excited to be the first business to contribute to the revitalization of the Strongsville Town Center.
